1. Acceptance

By creating an account, requesting a demo, or otherwise using the Service, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you use the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you are authorised to bind it.

2. The Service

JagaSec Technologies provides software for IT and security management, including IT Asset Management and additional products as they become available. We may add, change, or discontinue features over time.

3. Accounts & eligibility

You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. The Service is intended for businesses, not consumers or children.

4. Acceptable use

• Do not misuse the Service, attempt to break its security, or access data you are not authorised to access.
• Do not upload unlawful content or use the Service to violate any law or third-party right.
• Do not resell, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from the Service except as permitted by law.

5. Your data & ownership

You retain ownership of the data your organization enters. You grant JagaSec Technologies a limited licence to store and process that data solely to provide the Service. Each organization's data is logically isolated from every other organization.

6. Intellectual property

The Service — including its software, design, branding, and content — is owned by JagaSec Technologies and protected by law. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use it under these Terms.

7. Fees

Paid plans, if applicable, are described at the time of purchase. Unless stated otherwise, fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

8. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, JagaSec Technologies shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for loss of data or profits, arising from use of the Service.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold JagaSec Technologies harmless from claims, damages, or expenses arising out of your misuse of the Service, the data you upload, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.

11. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms or to protect the Service. On termination, your right to use the Service ends; data handling follows our Privacy Policy.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which JagaSec Technologies is established, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. (Finalise the governing jurisdiction with counsel.)

13. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted here with a new "Last updated" date; continued use means you accept the updated Terms.
